Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Manager. As an Order Manager, you will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. This is a crucial role in our organization, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and overall business operations.

Duties:

- Manage and process incoming orders from customers

- Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Maintain accurate records of orders, including order details, shipping information, and customer preferences

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability

- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any potential issues or delays

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading, transcribing, and data entry

- Assist with general office duties including front desk reception and office management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a medical office or similar environment is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments

- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles

- Familiarity with order entry systems or software is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
